SHIPPING

At PC Metal and Plasma, we carefully package each order to help ensure it arrives safely. Shipping options and costs will be provided at checkout or included with your custom order quote.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with shipping information and tracking details when available. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method and destination.

PC Metal and Plasma is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos of the packaging and damaged item so we can assist with the claim process.

RETURNS

Because custom orders are designed and fabricated specifically for each customer, all custom work is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
 

Before fabrication begins, customers have the opportunity to review and approve their final design. Once the design has been approved and payment has been made, production will begin.
 

If you believe your order was damaged during shipping or was received with a fabrication error, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
