At PC Metal and Plasma, we work with you to develop a design that meets your needs and reflects your vision. Whether you have a detailed drawing or just an idea, we'll help guide you through the design process and create a finished piece made specifically for you.
How the Custom Order Process Works
Step 1: Share Your Idea
Email us with as much information as possible about your project. Include your ideas, dimensions, text, logos, photos, sketches, or inspiration images to help us understand your vision.
Step 2: Design Consultation
We'll schedule a design consultation to discuss your project, answer questions, and review your ideas. A design fee is required before we begin creating your custom design.
Step 3: Design & Quote
We'll create a digital proof of your design and provide a quote for your approval. If revisions are needed, we'll work with you to refine the design.
Step 4: Approve Your Design & Payment
Once you're happy with the final design, approve the proof. Once full payment is made, production can begin.
Step 5: Fabrication
Your design is precision cut using our CNC plasma table, finished, and carefully inspected for quality.
Step 6: Pickup or Delivery
Once your project is complete, we'll contact you to arrange a pickup time. If your order is being shipped, you'll receive an email notification with your shipping information once your order is on its way.
